Can't Access Mobile Data

Hi. I can't seem to access mobile data. I followed the website and I believe I correctly inputted the right APN in teh access point settings. I also have mobile data enabled, but I can't access mobile data. Please help!

    @john Deer It's possible you either did not successfully save the APN or put in the wrong one. APN value is for the LTE SIM.
    To save tap the menu button below the Android screen see items that has Save to click.
    go back and review the APN to be sure it got save right.
    If iPhone which one ?
