Port numbers into family plan

When I used the website, and hit the box to transfer a number in, a little box says "coming soon", instead of opening the page to enter the porting data. On my Computer, my tablet account has a different layout, than the account layout of the family plan. I guess the new family plan layout is still being developed, and assume that an "administrator / FP master" will need to manually enter the data for the number porting.
I entered the port data in a Trouble Ticket, but the auto response implied that there would be a response in 4 days. A new autodraft from my old carrier is done in 7 days. Waiting 4 days to get a response from a port request, cuts it pretty close to paying for another month, on both lines, with my old carrier.
If I can get a private message, I can give the account number, carrier telephone numbers of original carrier, and which number is to replace each FP number for [email protected] I have no objection to paying the $9.99 fee to port each number.
Also, make/remove admin is also indicated as coming soon. When the website is upgraded to allow for admin abilities to be blocked from the messaging app, I could probably get almost every family in my church to switch over (we don't want inquisitive teenagers going into the messenger settings, and activating a higher data plan, or enabling auto top up).

Philip, have you had any success doing this? The plan advertises porting in numbers?

Sorry for the delay in my response. I've been on vacation. I did receive a response from Customer service (dated Oct 10th - 10 days after filing the original trouble ticket). Claiming that porting is not available for Family Plans, and registered the problem as resolved. Since it appears that there are no engineers or computer operators that can either get the feature operational, or to manually enter the porting information for FP customers who pay for family plans, I will need to obtain the number to the CEO, and give him a formal consultation instructing him to replace the IT specialists who are unable to get advertised features working, with ones who can.
