How do I know if my number will be ported?
I completed the transfer request (after obtaining a temporary number and confirming my old number was eligible for transfer). The issue is not having any confirmation or notice of failure. I had issues with what info to provide since the old phone is a TracFone and they do not have any account number/PIN associated with a phone. I provided the phone number and my TracFone login credentials that I use to manage the phone. I have no idea if I should tell people to keep my old number, or start going through the hassle of changing it with all of my contacts to the temporary # with the FP phone. I made the request on the same day I activated my FP phone.
