No response after click "submit" button when port my number in from AT&T to freedompop?

philipwyattphilipwyatt Posts: 4FreedomPop Newbie
In the final step to port number from other carrier to freedompop, it is to "Click Submit to begin your port request". However, after clicking the button nothing happened and I am not sure if the request is made successfully or not. Does anyone know what is the situation here? How to do this correctly?
Thank you in advance!

I would try a different browser to see if it works.

I tried several browsers, just did not work. Later I updated the billing info, it worked. May because Freedompop needs to charge for the transfer, the billing info need to be correct.
    Hope this helps.

    Hello,

Yes, there is a one-time $9.99 porting fee. I have provided a link which will elaborate on the porting requirements. Please feel free to have a look at your convenience.
