Would you stop the build process on the S3 I ordered? Last week I cancelled the order, because I now have my own S3 I want to activate. Today, you have moved the order I cancelled into the kitting stage, so somewhere there is a disconnect between my cancelled order and the commissioning people. . Please reallocate i the S3 to someone else. And make sure my credit card gets refunded- after 5 days the charge is still on my credit card. Do I need to start a new account to set up my S3?
