Mifi 2 cannot connect to cellular networks

I ordered a Mifi 2 directly from FreedomPop. It has never been able to connect to a cellular data network to provide internet access.

I've reset the device countless times. I've perused the online documentation. I've re-seated the SIM card. I've performed a hard-reset on the device, and re-entered the APN. (see attached screenshot)


The device cannot seem to connect to a cellular data network. It is able to Manually find 2G/3G Networks (see attached screenshot), but cannot stay connected long enough to pass data.

    Hi there... I recently made a trip to NM about two weeks ago.. My mifi was working fine until the last night - it hasn't connected since! Looks like the Novatel Mifi 2 is not reading my SIM. I re-seated it and done many adjustments, even did a hard reset, but I haven't been successful at all. I am currently paying for something that isn't working. Can someone help, please? Thanks.
