Cant connect to the internet

I have a Netgear LTE gateway 61000D and it keeps showing this screen (https://setuplte.freedompop.com/sprint/activatelte) when I click on it it keeps showing this error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" saying it keeps directing me too many times, how can i switch to 3G?

    Turns out when you go over your limit that screen appears

    i purchased a netgear unite 770s hotspot from freedompop and I can't get an internet connection. The hotspot device says it's connected but it's not.
