How can I get my order's status? - Not showing up in my account's home page..

Hello,

I took the FreedomPop Exclusive $0 down Offer for Samsung Galaxy SIII on July 1st.

I waited a couple of weeks to check the status of my order. Then I noticed that I never received a confirmation email (I checked my spam folder). Neither I was able to see any trace of my order when I logged into my FreedomPop account.

Is there a way to get the confirmation email re-sent?
