Removing Premium Voice on Moto E 2nd Generation

Hi, I have bought a Moto E 2nd generation from freedom pop. It came with a Premium Voice activated, however when I am trying to call when not on WIFI the service says invalid number. Since it is working fine on the WiFi I decided to simply remove the Premium Voice. I did follow the instructions and removed it from my Account Settings, Services and etc on the FreedomPop web site.
However, the Messaging app on the phone is still showing Premium Voice Active. And when try to make a call via Celluar it still says invalid number.
Any ideas or suggestions?
