how can I change my email address
when I sign up and enter my email 'I faced with this error "NO_TO_USER please try other email address"
how can I fix it

    Go to this website: http://my.freedompop.com
    Is it prompting for a login ? If not, hover over loginID in upper right area. Is that your email address that fails ? Do you know your password ?

    If not know it, go here https://my.freedompop.com/settings/login-details
    From this screen you can change your password. BUT you have to know the current one.

    If you do not know and want to gain a known password click this one:
    It asks for your email address and when you get email from FreedomPop just follow instructions to start the request for new random password. You can change it later at the above one where you know current password.

    If you are trying to place an order, likely the software is insisting that you start a new account. If you logout FIRST then click the AD to buy, likely typing in will work for you then. Especially if the account has no devices in it, yet.

    I just activated a new phone, intending to replace my current phone, but mistyped the email address hence never received the login credential. Could someone help make change to my account so I could receive login credential? Thanks!

    This is regarding Order No 90158946, which is on a different email address than the one I'm using for this forum. I received the order today, but I never got any email with the password for that account. The only email I got was an order confirmation for the other device I ordered at the same time (but with a different order number). I now remember that FreedomPop previously had issues with the domain associated with the email address I used. Thus, I want to change the new account to a different email address (do not mess with the email address for this forum). An admin, please send me a private message, and I will give you details such as the email address I used for the new account, if you can't get it from the Order Number above. Note that I tried (about 3 times) to reset the password, and the Website said that it sent me an email each time, but I never received it, surely due to the same domain issue.

    Continuing from post #5 (1-22-18 6:32 p.m.), the battery won't charge (I swapped it with that in two other working Mingles). It won't connect to 4G LTE, but connects to 3G, and loses signal often (my other Mingles connect to 4G LTE). When the admin sends me a private message, please note these additional problems besides the email address change.
