Billed without knowing

I was charged $25.87 this month. I don't know why I was charged since I'm using the free 500mb plan and I have auto-top off disabled. I was also charged $7.96 the previous month. What's going on?


  • @John Pham‌ I have looked in to your account, and it looks like those charges were from overage fees for the months of May ($7.96) and June ($25.87). Since your auto top up was turned on for these 2 months and you went over your allotted data amount both times, the system automatically charged you for more data. Since your Top Up is now turned off, you should be incurring any more overage fees from us.
