Need help getting Samsung Galaxy SIII up and running

Hi, I activated my Samsung Galaxy SIII via BYOD yesterday and need help getting it running. I see on the FAQ ( that the device needs to be reset using a MSL number, which should be sent by email. However, I didn't get an email with that information. I tried doing the system/profile updates without reseting it but that comes back with an error and when I install the Freedompop messaging app it says it won't work and to uninstall it. Any help anyone could give would be really appreciated. Thanks
