No tracking number, but time is ticking

I ordered a phone on Black Friday; my account was activated the 28th, and my "30 days" of free premium service is now down to 23 days. The "Check Order Status" link in the original order confirmation email states that it has shipped, but I haven't received any tracking information or shipping notification by email(as the order confirmation said I should expect). Should I worry yet, or is this normal for this company?

update: The phone arrived today, so all is good again :-)

    you did send me a tracking number by email you sent me an email saying that it was being shipped out and something about tracking but no tracking number and also which shipping company ships my sim cards

    They send SIMS by US mail, there is no tracking. Mine only took about 4 days to arrive, FWIW.
