Admins-need help with 2 AT&T sims

I have a sim that has data rollover. I want to keep this phone number. I purchased a new sim, different email address and temp number. This sim has an annual plan and premium services. Can this plan and services be moved to the the sim that has data rollover so I want lose that data? Please help as I'd like to start using my annual plan under the old phone number.
