BYOD activation failed
I just utilized the BYOD 0.99 activation promo to activate a Moto X Pure. During the process, it never asked me for the ICCID, and it completed successfully with a new phone number etc. However, after I put in the SIM card and turn it on, SprintDM activation failed after 5 tries. I also installed and run the Freedompop Messaging App which said "Account Not Active" and "Service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please contact customer support." Is this related to not having ICCID in the system? BTW, I've already submitted a ticket to add the ICCID.
