Account Inactive - "If you've reached this page..."

This is the second month in a row that I have gotten this error message when I am at 0% data usage and my card has been charged to cover my previous month's usage. I had to contact Freedompop support to get my account working last month and it looks to be doing it again this month.

I've tried everything to reactivate my account but nothing seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This error message is getting very old...
