I got the service in November. Tried to use on my unlock phones and it wouldn't Work. I ordered a phone though. Freedompop and on line wouldnt let me transfer my number onto that Sim nor use the other sim card so i had to get a new number. I cancelled out the old. Since. I dont need two phones. Why is it charging me for service onto the old number and why i keep getting no responses to phone calls or even get though to support
