I bought a new phone / account using email account "[email protected]".
I would like to get a pro-rated refund for my unused annual account under email "[email protected]"

    I have tried numerous times over a period of days to cancel the account but always receive the message "Cancellation failed - try again later"
    The email the account is under is [email protected]
    Can you cancel the account for me?

    I have a annual plan and wanted to cancel and be refunded because I purchased a new phone with sprint and had my number ported out. I was told that I can cancel but the remaining months would not be refunded. Are annual plans only refunded for certain reasons?
