I have a FreedomPop account and two phones I purchased from FreedomPop. The overview page has no information (see below). What is the problem?

    @ecarecar I'd guess that you are sitting on a device that was canceled or incompletely ordered. Click on your loginID in upper right to see list of devices in your account +logout. If multiple devices, choose another and see its Overview. Is it better ? Are all your devices there ? Is one missing ?
