Account Not Yet Activated - Samsung S6

Hi, I have a new account and have signed up for freedompop.

But my Samsung S6 is not yet fully activated for mobile data.

When I turn on the phone, it says:
Activating...The phone is activating your mobile data service. This can take up to 5 minutes.

But even after waiting far longer than 5 minutes it never works.

Also there is an option to press an "activate" button that leads to a phone call. The message on the other end tells me to hang up and call customer service.

How do I fix this?

    @Timberwolf it's a long weekend.

    Meanwhile try this:
    1. Turn off phone
    2. Drive to 'downtown' or major shopping center or large business office park. If you see a mobile tower, be near by (500 ft ok).
    3. Power on phone and see if more successful with (hopefully) stronger signal.

    Have any better luck with possible stronger signal ?
