"Service is inactive due to a user-initiated credit card dispute. As per our Terms of Service, this account cannot be reactivated"

I just canceled my trial & extra services yesterday & switched to the free version, I PAID the $10 initial balance top-up and I can see the charge in my bank account rn. There shouldn't be any credit card dispute or anything wrong.

Hopefully somebody can help me, obviously there's some kind of DB error going on here.
