I would like to re-activate my account but keep getting told to phone support and when I do all I get is a voice recording saying they can't find my account and then hangs up. Is there anyone there who can help resolve this?

    @Navya Mishra Have you tried logging into here: https://my.freedompop.com with email address as ID and password. You should be prompted with a popup FIRST asking if you want to re-awaken the device that was put to sleep ? 5 minutes and it settles down to being finished. All good after that.
