ERROR; account inactive

My account shows "service is inactive due to a user initiated credit card dispute. As per our terms of service, this account cannot be reactivated." I did not initiate a credit card dispute. My account does not show any sort of error so I'm not sure how this came up.

    I have the same problem. I have not used my card for a long time, and when I tried to reuse it today, it shows this error. I checked my account, there are no balance or 0 balance. Any support please help. thank you
