A top-up fee taking from my account

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you very much for your attention. I just bought a sim card from your website and have not get the card it. However, I found a top-up fee $15 taken off from my credit card and it was added to my credit balance now.

I may need the credit balance sometimes but I will add at that time but not now and will do that by myself but not being deduced without letting me know. Could you please help me cancel the transaction and get my money? Your help will be highly appreciated.

    During the process of purchasing the sim card, there's an option to add $15 to the top-up. It's likely that you did not deselect that box.
