I sold my Rocket sleeve. How do I transfer service to new owner?
FreedomPop Master, FreedomPop Expert
First cancel the account that is related to your Rocket sleeve. This should remove the provisioning of the device. Then the new owner should open a new account and provide the device info when signing up. I did this with a Photon and I had no problems. Hope this helps!
