Service Error Page

I recently received a FreedomSpot - Photon Platinum after I signed up for my FreedomPop Account. However when I received the unit and tried to get online, I go these two screens

I called support and was told that they could not activate my device after I gave them the MAC address on my device - they told me it would be 24-48 hours for someone to get back to me (this was friday afternoon)

The device has 3 stickers - 1 FP/FreedomPop logo on the front, a sticker with the network name/password/mac address (the network is ""FreedomPop_2b) and another sticker with more FreedomPop info.

Any ideas on anythingI can do to get this hotspot working? Thanks!
