Yet another activation failure with the error code 0x6303 Communication error

modem stopped working, tried to reset, apparently no way to talk to customer service til Monday at best. Every step from here wants codes I have no access to.

    MIFI500 btw, Just spent 30min on hold for tech support, they answered and hung up.

    My account is active according to FreedomPop customer rep.
    I've lost MiFi connection to Sprint network and unit does hand-free activation and fails it with code 0x6303 every time it's turned on. My unit have me Sprint ph. number to call for activation. Sprint rep says they cannot fix the problem of activation because I don't have account with Sprint - only FreedomPOp.
    I haven't tried factory reset of the unit since I asked FreedomPOP for MSL and haven't head from them.
    My imei number is:
    990003291256168
