Unknown account information for inactive hotspot
I have a hotspot I bought through ebay. I am the original user of the hotspot, but the seller activated it but did not give me the accompanying account information. The device now appears to be inactive and I have no way to contact the seller. Is there any way I can transfer the device to my existing freedompop account? I can find the meid number from the from panel on the device and there is a mobile number also shown on the front panel.
