Hotspot deactivated

Hi.

My hotspot was deactivated because of unusual activity. When I reactivated it it showed that it was activated. But it didn't work (no internet still). It said it might need to restart but still didn't work. It also said it needs to be reset so I did a hard reset and now it won't reactivate and looks like it is on Sprints network. How can I get it back to Freedompop and to my account? Can you message me back on how? Email is [email protected] I have 2 hotspots on the account. It is the first one. The one with just LTE. Not the LTE#1. Thanks for any help.
