Not Receiving Calls

I don't receive any calls. They show up in my usage but nothing on my phone. I do receive voicemails though. Is this something to do with my phone or is it something to do with my service. I can make calls and texts too.

    Nothing worked. I still don't receive calls.

    One thing not mentioned. Go into your account, online, go to voice settings. Click on that and review. There are toggle buttons for incoming and outgoing calls.

    It is under "Voice Settings" when you log into your account. I suggest a computer so that you can review each of the settings. You are able to turn if voicemail there as well.

    on myfreedompop.com click the gear icon on upper right to get settings, then click on "voice and data settings", or this link should go directly there:
    https://my.freedompop.com/settings/voice

    There you will see: Calling Preferences with Outgoing Calls and Incoming Calls which can each be turned on or off. They should both be "on".

    I found it and incoming calls was already checked.

    I checked it and both were turned on. Still not receiving calls.
