Help with reducing voice plan to free plan?
Hello. Is there any way to reduce the voice plan to the free plan in the web portal? I couldn't find it anywhere and it's frustrating. I just want to try it out first to make sure it will work well for me. The free data is clear as day. I tried calling up support, but the menu structure took me to in a loop and I couldn't reach anyone. I also tried tweeting to them and they got back to me, but I haven't heard anything back. Please help. Thanks.
