Can make phone calls but no texting
Everything is square with the account (for now at least - dang think keeps deactivating dispite usage) and I can make calls but texts don't get out or in. Outgoing sends are subtracted on the plan, but nothing is received on the other end. FP support email folks are no use, just basic clear cache, or even factory reset type stuff. None of that works and they keep having me do the same stuff over and over. I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with this situation? If I recall correctly, isn't there some back-end data that the network uses for text-related data (like a network profile)? Not sure how it works on FP, if texts us the data network or.. ? Looking for anything to try beyond the basic carrier reset/cache clearing support keeps having me try...
