May I get my $15 back since I've cancelled my account?

Hey FreedomPop, I was charged $15 when I downgrade my plan to free account two days ago, now I decided to cancel my account, may I get my $15 back since you say it's to cover 3 hours transition time for the downgrade protecting your company for not being able to see my data allotment.
