Never received the SIM card

I have ordered a SIM on 3/23/2018 but never received the SIM card, and the credit card was charged. But I have never received the SIM, and the status still says "Submitted". Please just cancel this and refund me. The phone number for the SIM is 978-237-4305.

    We are sorry to hear the sim has yet to arrive. Usually, the latest it should be there is within 10 business day but it's not usual for it to take this long. In this instance, you are required to cancel the orders, to be able to refund you for credit active on them so you can later place new orders.

    You will need to process these cancellations on your end. You can do so online through your account or you can simply do so by calling 1(800) 663-1791. Provided below is an article that can also assist with your request.
