Received my SIM but it has not been activated. My account shows it hasn't shipped yet.

I bought a SIM from FreedomPop and selected a plan and phone number at the same time. I already paid for the plan as it is an annual billed plan. My sim still has not been activated, customer service tells me to use the messaging app or go to freedompop.com/activate. Both of those options try to sell me another plan, I've already paid for a plan.

What can I do? Customer service is just giving me the run around.
