Trying to activate Galaxy S3 and tells me it's not supported

Hello,

I put DEC number in BYOD page and it tells me "Snap, looks like we do not currently support your phone model, but we will let you know when we add it.". What gives? This is SPRINT Galaxy S3 model.

I have a Sprint S3 as well and told me it was not supported. Is this because it is still active with Sprint?

If you still have an active phone it will not activate. It must be a disconnected Sprint Galaxy S3 with the account in good standing and not reported lost or stolen (aka clean ESN).

Yes all of those are true. I contacted sprint and they told me that phone is not active on their network and it's not reported lost or stolen
