Credit Balance Refund - broken SIM

pennsterpennster FreedomPop Newbie Posts: 11
Hi - my SIM card stopped working - it seems to be physically broken. I'd like to cancel my account, but I have a $5 credit remaining. Is it possible to refund that credit before I cancel the account?
Thanks, Brian

With Fpop you have to cancel the account first. Then you contact an admin for a refund.

Hello! Before we can issue a refund for your account credit, you will need to process this cancellation on your end. You can do so online through your account or you can simply do so by calling 1(800) 663-1791. Provided below is an article that can also assist with your request.

As soon as it's canceled, please contact us back to look into the refund.

We have refunded the $5 left in the credit balance, after confirming the account was canceled correctly. You should be able to see these funds back to your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
