Frustrated With LTE Upgrade on MiFi2
I was already angry because I was never notified that the Global SIM was being shut off, but now I can't get the LTE SIM to work. My MiFi2 (GSM) accepted it fine, and it finds the network with full bars-but won't connect. I called as I have Premier and they told me my SIM was not activated on my account! Why would you send me a SIM that isn't already attached to my account?? I tried to do it via the website but got "subscription not found". The rep on the phone said it would take 48 hours to be activated on my account. I hope this is correct. Changing SIMs should not be such a hassle!
