cannot update credit card information

Hi, my phone number end with 4936.
My account is suspended because of billing error. I went to billing and tried to update my billing information. However, for some reason, after I put in new credit card information, I got "An error occurred. Please try again". I double checked my cc number and entered it a few times, always get the same error. Could you please look into it?

    We are sorry to learn you are getting an error when updating the card.
    Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on your browser?
    Or via an incognito window instead?

    Hello! We are sorry to hear you keep having problems updating your billing information. In this case, we recommend using a different method of payment since the system is not able to charge the current one.

    We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards (not prepaid) as well as PayPal. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

    We recommend following the next steps when performing this update on your account:
    1) Clear cookies and Cache of the web browser or Try in a different browser.
    2) Try to use an incognito tab by pressing "Ctrl + shift + N" in the keyboard while navigating in the browser.
