Asking for Activation on phone but website says Account active

I am going in this endless loop where in the website says my account is active and also shows correct phone number.
But the smartphone says need to activate and hence messaging app does not work.Tried to activate then it asks me for 99c activation[no issues paying that] but I feel i will loose my phone number ?

Separate issue : Also cannot login using support.freedompop.com
