803S Won't Connect

HI,

I have reactivated my 803S as of today and updated my RPL and Profile. However, I can not connect to the internet even though I am showing a 3G signal (1 bar). The device service icon flashes "3G" light and dark continuously then the device goes into power saving mode.

Can anyone help me get this working again?
