Network Not Connected, have no data connection.

I just activated my sim card, and be able to send or receive calls or texts via wifi. But, there is no data connection and can't send or receive calls or texts when there is no wifi.

I have done all the steps following guidelines on FreedomPop:
0) Unlocked Android phone has been used for both ATT and T-mobile networks.
1) Set APN: fp.com.attz and selected.
2) ICCID is active and correct.
3) Installed the latest "FreedomPop Messaging" App
4) Had "Sync Account Data" while on wifi.
5) Automatic top-up is enabled.
6) "Cellular Data" is enabled.
7) "Data roaming" is enabled.

Please help.

    Hi! Have you tried to log in with your phone number instead of the email address?
    Also, can you please confirm your sim's ICCID number?

    Yes, I am able to log in with my phone number to my freedompop account.

    Really appreciated your help, AG.

    With WiFi OFF, I can not sync the account within the App. It shows a message “Network Not Available! You have no data Connection, find a better connection and try again.”

    I will ask one last question before giving up on freedompop. Is this LTE SIM card compatible with a 3G smartphone?
