Problem Activating Samsung SIII

Hello Freedompop,

I received my SIII in the mail yesterday and it didn't recognize my email. I called support and they said my phone (that I just received) was still registered with Sprint so I had to contact them to get it unblocked and then call back to connect to the FreedomPop network. Has anyone else run into this situation and what's the best thing to do here?
