Can't get past "permission request" for "Do not disturb".

I bought a LG K3. I installed the SIM and downloaded the app. It gets to a point where it says " Permission requested...Please turn on do not disturb. Permission on the next screen so you can silence your incoming calls. OK"
I hit OK and it says "Unfortunately the process com.android settings has stopped".

I have deleted the app and stopped over, but it comes back to this, and there seems no way to get through it.
What to do?

It is running Android 6.0.1.

I have an LG Fortune, and it does the same thing, but clearing cache and force stop the application does not work. I also tried powering down the phone. This is very frustrating since calls are not possible.

    Hello,

I can gladly help you with that. Is there an additional message that the device shows? Or only the "Unfortunately the process com.android settings has stopped"? You can send us a screenshot of the error message.
