SIM Card delivered to wrong address.
My SIM card was delivered to a wrong address in California while I live in North Carolina. I have submitted a support ticket on this issue twice, and both times they just said the card was delivered successfully (on the wrong address). I was also told to cancel the order and reorder a new sim card, but since the card is already delivered to a location that I have no control over, I am not sure how that can be done. In addition, I already paid on my account as I have ordered the card almost a month ago, and I do not know how to get those refunded. Is there any solution to this problem?
