Hello,

Could I get Transaction 100359465 reversed? I was trying to activate the data rollover service, but enabled the VIP service by mistake? I've already removed the VIP service from my account.

Also I would like to transfer data from one account to another (the source account device is broken).

Could you transfer 4.33GB of data from Freedom Spot 803s Hotspot to Franklin Wireless R850?

I have data roller active on the Franklin account.
