Tried BYOD, got to checkout and had an issue with payment. Now I can't attempt to process it again

I started the process of setting up a BYOD and I got all the way to paying for the order when it said I needed to reenter my credit card information. I went and updated the credit card and it said it was going to do a test $20 charge to my card. I went and checked my card and both charges showed up but my phone never got added to my account and doesn't activate.

I decided to try the BYOD process from the beginning and now it hangs on the verification and won't proceed. How can I activate this phone?
