Can't make outgoing calls with new Freedom Pop purchased phone

I can't make outgoing calls with my new Freedom Pop phone I bought direct from site - ZTE Prestige 2 - see error message image attached - some error messages different codes but same issue.

It's only been a week since I received it.

Comes up after trying to make call. And I sometimes get voice message saying the call can;t be placed then says error#.

Nothing, can't use phone and seems some apps work and messaging and contact app not working correctly.

I have no idea what's wrong since I bought the phone from Freedompop already with sim, I just picked a phone number and activated.

Can the phone be refreshed from your end? How do I get service, it's activated?

It seems to not even work with WiFi alone
