I ordered a ZTE phone August 23rd and it still hasn't come. I don't know who, how to report.
I input the tracking number with fed ex and no records were found. The response given was that I had to contact freedompop directly as only they could open a case to track this phone. I don't know how to contact anyone at freedompop directly and am looking for any help that I can get!!!
