Not able to update billing information

When I tried to update my billing information, I keep getting "An error occurred, please try again" message. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks.

    I am having the same issue. Have tried all of the posted fixes in the article. Just keep going in circles. Have also entered 3 support tickets and only answer offered was article.

    I have tried 2 different credit cards and they are not debit cards. Also, have tried PayPal. Just yesterday there were 2 different authorizations on my PayPal account account for $20.00.

    I have the same issue, called did what they said and still won't let me either,it seems they won't help you unless you pay for it,
